一 | 　　济南黄岗路黄河隧道已具备试运行通行条件，经研究定于2026年8月25日9时30分开通试运行。

二 | 为维护道路交通安全、有序、畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等法律法规，现将有关事项公告如下：　　一、限制通行规定　　(一)禁止行人、非机动车通行; 　　(二)禁止中重型货车、非载货专项作业车、三轮汽车、拖拉机、轮式专用机载车、二三轮摩托车以及悬挂挂车号牌的机动车(旅居式挂车除外)通行; 　　(三)禁止载运爆炸物品、易燃易爆化学品以及剧毒、放射性等危险物品的机动车通行; 　　(四)隧道限高4米，超限车辆禁止驶入。 (ECNS) -- Ronald Sakolsky, a retired U.S. teacher, stood once again in China's Mu Us Desert on Monday, planting three saplings alongside environmentalist Yin Yuzhen and her husband Bai Wanxiang. Yin recalled the years of struggle against shifting dunes, saying the return of her old friend symbolized how persistence and cooperation can change landscapes. 。　　二、G309立交匝道绕行线路　　G309立交东向南(ES)匝道、南向西(SW)匝道暂未开通，可按以下方式绕行：　　(一)东向南(ES)：经东向北匝道行驶至G309龙湖立交北侧水库西门路口调头，实现东向南通行。　　(二)南向西(SW)：1.经主线向北行驶至G309龙湖立交北侧水库西门路口调头，再经北向西匝道实现南向西通行;2.经南向东匝道行驶至G309王家镇路口调头，实现南向西通行。　　三、速度管理规定　　济南黄岗路黄河隧道限速60公里/小时，匝道限速40公里/小时，地面道路主线限速60公里/小时，地面辅道限速40公里/小时。道路限速标志标明的速度与上述规定不一致的，按照限速标志执行。
